The Opportunity

Adobe Consulting are building deep and impactful partnerships with customers by investing our best thinking and resources to offer prescriptive, original tools and thought leadership to help them navigate their digital trajectories.

This is a truly unique role for the right individual!

Workshop & Thought Leadership Development:

  • Accountable for development of new workshops to drive new sales bookings and pipeline, cultivate cross functional partnerships, and help customers mature and transform their digital trajectory. Workshop material will include development of original assets to spark customer’s imaginations, and ultimately entice them to invest in actions vital to realize the vision forged during the workshops. Work outputs may include POVs, strategy tools and methodologies, maturity models, or whatever is needed to develop a compelling framework to entice customers to take the next step.
  • Expansion of existing repeatable industry-specific pre-sales workshops to new industries, including the associated data harvest, data analysis, collateral, and asset production
  • Harvesting of insights from business development workshops to help Adobe Consulting understand the first-hand changing needs of customers to ensure that our pre-sales offerings resonate with compelling, relevant, up to date messaging and narratives
  • Responsible for creating new thought leadership on specialist subjects related to key sales topics to attract customers and drive leads for workshops. Thought leadership will include white papers, blogs, videos, and other media to help promote our brand and workshops

Workshop & Thought Leadership Execution:

  • Lead high-quality pre-sales workshops with exceptional executive presence
  • Engage with C-Suites and Senior Executives with a compelling story to drive action and change, drawing out what’s in their hearts and minds, to influence the creation of new business
  • Leverage storytelling techniques to draw customers into an engaging narrative and lead them to potential solutions to business challenges
  • Cultivate a cross solution, cross-discipline, entrepreneurial mentality to jump between topics, and adapt conversations
  • Harvest and track insights and attributable results to generate new pipeline and assist ACS Sales in closing new business
  • Engage with ecosystem leaders and participants to promote workshops to build a sustainable pipeline of customers

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience driving digital transformation initiatives as a trusted adviser
  • Experience in crafting digital or marketing strategies, along with an understanding of the tactics needed to operationalize them
  • Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage, encourage, and persuade senior executives, while navigating complex business topics
  • A forward-thinking, adaptable self-starter with an entrepreneurial mentality to attract organic ‘pull'
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing and finding patterns in data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
  • Big 4 or Strategy Consulting background preferred, but not essential
