Job Description

Join us at the cutting edge of Amazon's sustainability initiatives to work on environmental and social advancements to support Amazon's long-term worldwide sustainability strategy. At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, creative, and driven people.

The Worldwide Sustainability (WWS) team capitalizes on Amazon’s scale, speed, and ability to build, invent and simplify a more resilient and sustainable company. We manage our social and environmental impacts globally, and drive solutions that enable our customers, businesses, and the world to become more sustainable.

The team is seeking an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors and sit in Seattle, WA. This role has an in-office requirement of at least 3 days per week.

This person will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. Your investments will include managing multiple complex calendars, planning, organizing events, and coordinating domestic and international travel.

Key job responsibilities
• Responsible for the complex calendar management of two Executives; scheduling with diplomacy, discretion, and haste.

• Identifying key milestones for projects and events, then working backwards from those deadlines to ensure team deliverables are met.

• Creating and enforcing mechanisms that will scale, optimizing efficiency around every-day tasks, while continually auditing current administrative mechanisms for relevance.

• Arranging complex domestic and international travel including detailed travel itineraries and thoughtful planning.

• Organize, execute, and assist with team and organizational activities including meetings, socials, and large-scale events.
