Wade students can speed up the educational process and earn their associate degree in 16 months. The associate degree programs require 60 semester credit hours for degree completion. Wade students can earn their bachelor's degree in as little as 32 months. The bachelor degree programs require 120 semester credit hours for degree completion.

Wade College employs experienced full-time and part-time faculty members to support its mission and its degree programs' integrity. The college assesses each professor's overall qualifications, including academic credentials, teaching, and industry-related work experience, to ensure that all team members meet the required competence and capacity necessary for instructional effectiveness.

Wade College hosts a fashion design studio, an interior design studio, an art studio, and three computer laboratories, including one dedicated to visual communications and information technology learning, complete with servers and hardware. The average professor to student ratio is 15:1. At Wade College, students have more opportunities to ask questions, contribute to discussions, and collaborate with their professors.
