AZM’s library is a hub for promoting critical thinking, gaining information, acquiring literacy skills, and a commitment and passion for lifelong reading, learning, and researching. In the school library, students are encouraged to become critical thinkers, problem solvers, and researchers. The library program at AZM School does not work in isolation, hence the librarian works in partnership with teachers, administrators, and students to help develop the library skills, such as communication and research skills, and meet the goals of our school’s common core standards curriculum contents. AZM’s community works together to achieve the same educational goal and support the growth of creative thinkers and literacy leaders. Currently, we are working on increasing the library's digital and e-collections and co-created content to expand the digital frontier more e-books are available, using the Destiny software and they are available for students to read online. The library is also working on encouraging reading among students through competitions.View full schoolQuoteLink to commentShare on other sitesMore sharing options...
