Trinity Primary School aims to create a happy and caring environment in which children have the opportunity and are encouraged to develop their potential as individuals and members of social groups. We aim to prepare children for the rapidly changing technology they will encounter in adult life. We invite and welcome parent and community partnerships in this venture!

This policy describes the school’s approach to personal information. ‘Personal Information is defined as any information relating to an identifiable person who can be directly or indirectly identified. Processing’ personal information means any activity involving personal information throughout the information lifecycle, from collecting and creating the personal information, to using it, making it available to others when necessary, storing it, and disposing of it when no longer required. The policy applies to all employees, the governing body, and other individuals/organizations acting on behalf of the school who have access to personal information that the school is responsible for.
