Vishwakarma Institutes (VI) embody the BRACT vision to create social wealth by creating quality human capital and having a sharp focus on value creation for all its stakeholders through its academic endeavors. The first educational venture, Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT), was established in 1983. Vishwakarma Vidyalaya came up in 1986, followed by a series of educational institutes in the subsequent years. The Vishwakarma group has 17 educational institutes comprising engineering, management, marine, science, schools, and value-added programs with 17,000 student enrollments and more than 1500 full-time employees.
