Our activities are strongly internationalized. Our teaching and research are strongly internationalized to offer our students the possibility of moving around and outside Europe, thus offering them an enjoyable experience that will enrich them personally and professionally. We attract the best international students offering them excellent teaching and research opportunities. We deem that research is more robust when carried out within an academic community that includes students.
The University of Ferrara looks ahead, and the future can only lead to internationalization. The University of Ferrara is organized into 12 departments and encompasses 47 centers, offering over 50-degree courses and numerous research and postgraduate courses. Some facilities are located inside modern buildings, like the Chemistry/Biomedical Centre and the Science/Technology Centre, whereas others are located in prestigious artistic and historical buildings.
The University of Ferrara has established international networks to promote effective forms of internationalization encompassing research and education.
