We also focus on strengthening the critical thinking skills and analytical ability of our students. This is done through knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing using various sources about higher education and the higher education programs we deliver. Our perseverance in understanding and delivering the latest internationally recognized higher education programs has given us a distinctive edge and has enabled us to perform with outstanding quality. Furthermore, we work to strengthen our participation in the sustained development of the Omani economy, which embarked from its renaissance on a series of successful five-year development plans devised by the Omani government, which has always been inspired by the wise and longsighted vision of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said, Allah bless him. One of our main aims is to equip our graduates with ethical principles and commitment to follow the academic route in life. This is achieved through direct interactions to gain international experience in science and technology and at the same time to capitalize, maintain, and learn from our rich culture, heritage, and history. Our vision is to contribute to developing the future direction of higher education in Oman, producing graduates with the ability to think, achieve, and excel in research and entrepreneurship. Our mission is to offer internationally recognized and innovative academic qualifications appropriate to the students' needs, job market, and international standards. Gulf College International Students' Ambassador Club is a new College initiative proposed by the Centre for Career Guidance and Alumni Affairs and Gulf College international undergraduate students. Ambassadors are currently studying at Gulf College and who have chosen to represent the College in the world. GC international ambassadors help other students with practical tips about life in Oman and studies at Gulf College. They take part in activities organized by the College, and share their emotions, hopes, dreams, and experiences through the club's Facebook page. They share ideas, participate in different events, and appreciate each other's cultures. So far, 17 international students have joined the club, making it a multi-variegated group of people from different corners of the world. Staffordshire University is home to approximately 11,000 full-time students and has an international network of over 14,000 students studying Staffordshire University awards at partner organizations worldwide. Staffordshire University's School of Computing has built up a global reputation for producing graduates with technical skills, creative ability, and vision to succeed in the field of computing. Research projects are given enough time to conduct each phase of the research process. A timeframe is defined at the start of any research project and shall be included in the terms and conditions of the agreement, as in commissioned researchers. It is the responsibility of the faculty Research Coordinators to motivate, encourage, and track each of the faculty researcher's progress and provide them with the necessary support. The Programme on Entrepreneurship was delivered through the Centre for Training and Professional Development (CTPD), one of Gulf College student support services. The center aims to deliver high quality, innovative training solutions that are responsive to the needs and aspirations of organizations, employees, students, self-employed, and entrepreneurs.
