City, University of London's Dubai Centre was established in February 2007 in collaboration with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), a regional center of educational excellence for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
Located in the prestigious DIFC, the Dubai Centre's new offices were officially launched on 5 May 2009 under His Highness Sheik Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
