The university has recently obtained accreditation for three new study programs: International Relations, Journalism, and English Studies. We believe they significantly enrich the education possibilities at our university. Danubius university offers the possibility to study in the information centers in several Slovak towns. Information centers exist in Trenčín and Vrútky and, the centers in Trstice for the students of the Faculty of Social Studies and Trnava for the students of journalism were opened this year.
Our philosophy is to provide students the education on a European level in Slovakia's regions because we know their financial situation may challenge young people, and the living costs outside of their family often hinder access to education. New technical facilities fully enable young people to remain in their region and get high-level education through e-learning, distance, combined, and external study programs.
Our school offers a social program: 10 socially challenged students will obtain the possibility to study for free. High school standards at the College Danubius are confirmed by many possibilities to study abroad with scholarship programs. Our students can spend part of their time studying abroad or obtain an internship, e.g., part with Erasmus plumed by many possibilities to study abroad with scholarship o in globalized Europe. With the with Erasmus plus. Our college maintains successful international cooperation, and we also offer the possibility to obtain a double diploma abroad. Danubius University emphasizes a collegial and professional attitude.
