Recommended Posts

Aurora College is focused on Student Success and is committed to supporting the development of our Northern society through excellence in education, training, and research that is culturally sensitive and responsive to the people we serve. Aurora College serves a population of 41,000 dispersed across 1.3 million square kilometers in 33 communities in the Northwest Territories. A majority of Aurora College students are Aboriginal. Many of our students are from small, remote communities.
Aurora College delivers programs and courses as close to the communities as possible. This is achieved through a network of three regional campuses and Community Learning Centres in most of our communities. We offer a broad range of programming, from Developmental Studies to certificate, diploma, and degree programs. Our programs and services give our students vocational and professional skills, communication skills, and life skills needed for their chosen careers.
