At Emanuel, our students grow and learn within a happy and nurturing environment that encourages healthy and wise lifestyle choices. Our professional and caring staff team is committed to inspiring and supporting our students to pursue excellence, both within and beyond the classroom, and to explore how they can best serve within our local and global community. Our parents are encouraged to establish strong connections within the Emanuel community and maintain an involvement in the School's life.

The Emanuel School motto' Mind, Spirit, Being' encapsulates what we seek to develop an open mind and awakened spirit in our students. An engagement of the whole being within a culture of excellence. This involves a learning journey that equips our students with the values, skills, and resources to become responsible and ethical global citizens. Our academic program extends beyond the mere mastery of facts to apply knowledge flexibly in unfamiliar contexts. We seek to engage our students in challenging and real-life learning experiences that help build and demonstrate deep learning and provide opportunities to create and innovate. Throughout this journey, students are encouraged to delve into their areas of interest, become independent, resilient learners, think critically, and celebrate their achievements.

As a pluralistic Jewish School, we affirm that there is more than one authentic way to be Jewish and embed this in all that we do. Our students are encouraged to embrace the whole Jewish community, regardless of affiliation or practice. We seek to engage in authentic and positive encounters with Judaism, the Jewish people, and Israel.

Our graduates are capable, proactive, upstanding, and articulate young adults who move into our rapidly changing world with energy, empathy, and enthusiasm. They are committed to Tikkun Olam (repairing the world) and contributing to the Jewish, Australian, and global communities.

It is our privilege to guide Emanuel students towards these outcomes. We welcome you to share in our endeavors. We are a co-educational Jewish Day School, which caters to students from Pre-school to Year 12 on the same heritage-listed campus with beautiful grounds. We focus on empowering and unleashing individual potential, being an inclusive, diverse community open to all, and having a strong Jewish identity. Our motto, Mind Spirit Being, encapsulates the unique qualities of the School. We aim to open the mind, awaken the spirit, and engage the whole being within a culture of excellence.

Emanuel School has outstanding leaders and educators with the vision to offer advanced technological, educational programs, a diversity of subject choices, and cultural and sporting opportunities that provide students with a solid foundation for academic excellence and personal achievement.

Emanuel Primary School has a vibrant learning environment with a curriculum focused on developing the 'whole child.' Formal and informal programs are built around nurturing children's academic, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual needs.

Our team of caring, dedicated, and professional teachers develops strong relationships with students based on understanding each child's needs. Our child-centered program is differentiated to provide opportunities for all students to achieve their personal best. Classroom teachers work closely with specialist teachers, including those for gifted and talented students and children with learning difficulties, to ensure their programs meet all students' needs.
