Northwestern offers leadership awards to new students who demonstrate exceptional leadership potential. Candidates commit to full participation in the program to increase their leadership influence. The Getty Foundation awarded Northwestern a generous Campus Heritage Grant in 2004, which led to extensive research on our historic buildings and a preservation plan for them. Northwestern offers classes for high school students who wish to take college classes online, on-campus, and at partner high schools through our on-site PSEO program and our Early College program. Students will complete coursework that can apply to both high school and college credits. Students who can begin in their junior year of high school with a full schedule of PSEO or Early College classes can earn their associate's degree by graduating high school, saving thousands of dollars in tuition!
