At Palm Beach Atlantic University, we believe in the balance of academics, faith integration, and that a very active and energized co-curricular life for students is just as important as academics. To meet students' needs, we have created a variety of ways to get involved, including plenty of student clubs and organizations, on-campus events, hangouts and dining, and a thriving Christian community.
PBA's Student Clubs & Organizations, headed by the Student Government Association, makes it easy for both freshmen and upper-level students to get involved. With more than 40 clubs, there is something for everyone – from the Snorkel Club to PBA Praise, a contemporary gospel choir. At the beginning of the fall semester, during Connections Week, all clubs gather on campus for Club Rush, offering new students the chance to learn more and get plugged in.
Our campus events are a favorite pastime for many students. Whether spontaneously attending a beach bash or tailgate or attending Disney World over Fall Break, planned every year by the Student Activities, Involvement, and Leadership team. On-campus hangouts are also a go-to. Whether you are sitting in our Einstein Bros. Bagels coffee shop for a conversation with good friends, watching a movie on the Rinker Green, or playing Ultimate Frisbee on the intramural field, there is always something to do. Our dining facilities also offer plenty of options when you need a pick-me-up.
As a Christian college, we believe the most critical aspect of student life is spiritual life. We offer a variety of bible studies, led by Discipleship Assistants under Residence Life, guest speakers in the chapel, and worship, sometimes led by renowned artists like Tenth Avenue North and Matt Papa. We also offer The Anchor, a weekly student-led worship event, and student-led coffeehouses.
Our location in West Palm Beach also means it is easy to find something to do off-campus with friends or your club. The beach, one of the area's top shopping and entertainment venues (CityPlace), and local restaurants and museums are just a short walk, board, bike, or drive from campus. So whether you are sitting in a local coffee shop or attending an on-campus coffeehouse, you will find it is easy to get involved, make friends, and grow in your faith journey.

Palm Beach Atlantic University's Center for Writing Excellence (CWE) is designed to serve the PBA community. We encourage all PBA family members to take advantage of our services. No matter what stage of the writing process you are in -- brainstorming, outlining, drafting, revising, or proofreading -- we can help you strengthen your ideas, streamline your thoughts and build skills for future assignments. The CWE serves the PBA community on the Main Campus. We also have a Quick Question Hotline and offer synchronous, Online appointments.
Trained tutors - or coaches as we are called at PBA - welcome all writing questions, from the simple to the complex. We love to help writers achieve the skills necessary to express themselves clearly and successfully at the University and beyond.

The goal of the Student Activities, Involvement & Leadership office is to get you involved on campus, equipping you to embrace cultural diversity and empower you to become leaders who value all people's contributions to connect, grow and serve.
You understand your body is a temple, and you want to do all you can to honor it by keeping fit. Palm Beach Atlantic University's Campus Recreation, housed at the Greene Complex, will help you do that through our: The 65,000-square-foot Greene Complex has basketball and racquetball courts, an indoor jogging track, a fitness center, and locker rooms. Finished working out? Watch the Sailfish women's volleyball or men's and women's basketball teams in action or attend special events in the Rubin Arena. Our newest facility, the Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Athletic Campus, is a 78-acre campus with amenities including intramural softball and soccer fields, racquetball courts, and more.
