Our College, founded in the countryside town of Kalocsa in 2004, is a higher education institution recognized by the state. In recent years most of our teaching activities have been concentrated on Budapest. After a period of dynamic growth, our College established campuses in Budapest and Kecskemét. At our Campus in Budapest, we are receiving our students in a mansion-like building in a beautiful park setting. The building of the College also hosts a student hostel with various facilities for our boarding students.
At Tomori Pál College, we are primarily committed to providing study opportunities in higher education to talented children of less affluent families. By fulfilling this critical function, our College largely contributes to the broad range of higher education institutions in Hungary.
A few years ago, the Management of the College decided to introduce the Institution on the international market. Courses in English have been started for our international students who may now choose from Business Administration and Management, International Business Administration, and International Relations.
Our College is noted for its family-like and student-oriented atmosphere, where both tutors and students can recharge and receive immediate feedback on their performance.

Tomori, Pál (?, around 1475 – Mohács, 29. August 1526.) came from a lower noble family and started his career as a provincial treasurer. He was the steward of the salt board and castellan of several castles between 1501 and 1519 when he became the royal capital city's castellan. He moved to a Franciscan cloister due to some political failure and the death of two of his brides in 1520. Following a vigorous campaign of the occupying Turkish troops, he was forced to take both the archbishop of Kalocsa and the chief commander by a decree of the Pope. He started to fight bravely against the Turks in 1522 and was booming by keeping an iron discipline in his army. He was backed by the nuncio but could not cooperate with the Hungarian feudal barons who failed to render any (mainly financial) help. He was very much respected due to his military successes before Mohács and his descent behavior among the greedy landlords. When it came to the battle of Mohács, he opposed the fight but executed the order of the royal war council.
He fought bravely and was killed in the battle, after which the sultan had his head carried around in his camp as a sign of his victory.
Tomori Pal College has been receiving its students in a new location in Budapest since September 2011. Most of the residence was built before 1945 as the property of family "Schindely." The building's complete form reflects the age of providing both educational and hotel services there for many years.
The building's useful surface is approximately 5500 m2, surrounded by roads, a 1500 m2 car park, a tennis court, and a beautiful 15 000 m2 gardened estate. There is a lobby established with direct connections to a restaurant and a bar on the ground floor of the building. Also, the Registration's office and a store for textbooks are in this area available.
How to access it? The building is situated in the 22nd district of Budapest, near the "CAMPANA" Business and Shopping Centre. A good location of Motorways "6" and "7" and Highway "MO" all mean outstanding accessibility to the College. There is also a good connection between the city center and the College concerning public transport. Buses No "33", No "33E", No "114", No "150", No "213", No "214" and No "233" stop there, or trains can be taken to the station "Budatétény".
Accommodation: Students applying for dormitory housing receive accommodation. The student hotel's current capacity covers 64 twin-bedded rooms with bathrooms and a lavatory connection on the ground and the first floor. 24-hour reception service, WIFI Internet access, and some other services are available at Tomori Pál College.
The Budapest Campus of Tomori Pál College is situated in an exceptional environment. A hotel providing accommodation for 130 people offers an ideal site for study tours, summer camps, language courses, conferences, professional meetings, and class reunions banquettes, weddings, business negotiations, training, or family gatherings.
