    Welcome to Qarshi University. It’s time to ask ourselves what we aspire to, in a dynamic and shrinking world, in which education and the production of knowledge will play an even greater role. We have both extraordinary opportunities to go forward and equally strong challenges to contend with: relentless competition for our students and faculty, growing pressures and demands on our resources, and the increasing complexity and uncertainty of our business, economic, and political environment. Despite these challenges, we have every reason to be optimistic about our strengths and our ability to succeed. Being optimistic, we expect that coming years hold even greater promise for us. Our entry into the realm of education must be marked by the same span of ambition and imagination that great scholars of the past. First, while we must value and preserve those things that make Qarshi University a distinctive and special place, we must also respond to a competitive and changing world. This means that we must consistently evaluate what we are doing and effect change when necessary to advance our mission. Second, we must be strategic and selective in our choices. We plan to proceed in the spirit of continuing engagement and conversation as we refine and implement other elements of our vision set forth for the University. It is this commitment to openness and debate that must continue to characterize our decision-making faculty, so basic to achieving our objectives. Our world today is more competitive, and it is changing more rapidly. The extraordinary opportunity lies ahead of us. Seizing that opportunity will require clarity of vision and strength of commitment. The strength of our commitment to being a university of renown has to be as clear as possible as a leading university with a distinctive commitment to undergraduate and graduate education, Qarshi University aspires to unrivaled education and research to contribute to the welfare of our dear country. It seeks to fulfill this mission by cultivating a diverse community of learning that produces leaders across a wide spectrum of human endeavors. Our campus offers academic programs aimed at improving both the quality of life of our students as well as the economy in which they and their employers live. To be a premier source of knowledge and leadership for the achievement of marketable education, learning, and research to produce managers of change in the society based on ethics and values. Distinctive leadership in quality education, human resource, research and development, and corporate social responsibility. Qarshi University is a project of Qarshi Foundation a non-profit welfare organization funded by the family members of the Qarshi group. Following in the footsteps of the Qarshi Foundation, the ethos of community welfare also pulsate throughout the structures of Qarshi University. A proof of this altruistic motive is the fact that Government charter and recognition from HEC were acquired years before a single student was registered. It was a solemn commitment by the Qarshi Foundation not to utilize the revenue stream generated by enrolling students and gradually build the necessary infrastructure.
