For universities to fulfill these duties and responsibilities, accurate planning of resources and effective and efficient allocation is of great importance. In this context, our university's current physical, technological, and human capital will be managed to reveal the highest value-added, and the sectors should be oriented in line with the needs of the region and the country. To achieve these is possible with common sense and participation as of our fundamental values, academic freedom, and innovation in light of impartiality and social responsibility. We aim to become a university that takes the students to the center of the agenda with its quarter a century academic accumulation of knowledge, meeting together regularly with its stakeholders, pioneering scientific improvements, and contributing to regional and national development. At the same time, we try our best to prepare our young people, who are the reason of our existence and the security of our future, to challenge the difficulties in real life and therefore to educate each of them as individual who is both academically competent and socially and culturally assertive.
