Specialist - Package Implementation (OpenText) • OpenText VIM consultant with sound knowledge of Procure to payment (P2P) cycle • Hands on experience in OpenText Vendor invoice management, ICC, BCC, IES, Archive Server, xECM along with SAP ABAP. • Supporting & interacting with the business, troubleshooting daily issue • Workflow issue, bug fixes and enhancements in process • R & D work for process improvement and enhancements Supporting business on VIM application interacting with the business, User maintenance in roles and COA, Experience in ICC and ES support, Troubleshooting Workflow for VIM.
