HPの法人向け大判プリンター製品ビジネスのカテゴリーマネジメントを担当していただきます。

【職務内容】

大判プリンター製品に関する以下業務に責任を持ち実行・管理いただきます。

（担当製品は水性大判インクジェットのHP DesignJet/HP PageWideXLシリーズ及びサプライ品となります）。

ビジネスプラン計画及び実行・トラッキング

（売上・損益管理・受注・出荷・チャネル流通在庫管理）

定期的な海外組織へのレポーティング 製品調達プランニング及びフォーキャスト 売上最大化へ向けた国内外チームへのエスカレーション 営業チームとの連携、問い合わせ対応及び周知 日本市場においての製品ライフサイクル管理 社内目標値設定の割り振り・調整 市況調べ 海外新製品プロジェクトへの参入 販売促進イベントへのアテンド

【求める要件】

・製品マーケティングの経験がある方

・営業企画、戦略立案等、プランニング経験がある方

・日本語及びビジネス英語

（海外組織直下の組織になるため、海外のメンバーと英語で会話やコミュニケーションを積極的に行える方が望ましい）

・日本の商慣習を理解できる方（主にパートナービジネスなため）

・高い当事者意識を持ち積極的に自ら物事に取り込むオーナーシップを持つ方

・Excel及びPowerPointのスキルを持ち、業務経験があること

・担当製品や業界を積極的に学ぶ姿勢のある方

Applies subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in business planning and game plan preparation.
• Works with and leverages internal partners to deliver the business results.
• Management of Market Development Funds and Contra Funding.
• Manage country forecast which includes Sell-in and Sell-through projection and market share units.
• Tier 1 partners management that involves monitoring of partners' inventory level and ensuring timely loading of orders.
• Ensure NPIs are carried out smoothly. Translation of worldwide materials to local language to support RTM sales. Accurate product set-up and local training.
• Provide insights to local competitive situation.
• Support HP Store sales with product information and guidance.
• May interface with any level in sales organization.
• Product line and quota responsibility limited to a low complexity/low impact part of the business.

Education and Experience Required:

• University or Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing or Finance.
• Typically 3-5 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Operational Market research. Understanding of Product Life.
• Cycle challenges and levers to address.
• Understanding/ Practice of sales processes in the IT industry.
• Previous experience in Print Business is valued.

Knowledge and Skills:

• IT industry knowledge.
• Business planning skills.
• Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage business planning and reporting.
• Strong communication skills and command of English is required.
• Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.
