Job scope/summary:
Applies basic to intermediate customer support skills and understanding of sustainability topics to support sales and customer inquiries and sales bids relating to sustainability topics. Acts as a team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters. Is comfortable working in a high-volume environment with time-bound customer and sales requirements. Can support and analyze requirements and ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
Manages day-to-day sales sustainability requests (e.g., RFP, bid, and general questions) and resolution of customer issues (e.g., customer-specific responses, sales support materials
Manages open tickets/issues resolution and reaches out to support resource points across the company; communicates status and escalates issues as necessary.
Resolves customer inquiries for all HP business and focuses on regional and or global customers using subject matter knowledge and analysis
Completion of team projects, largely focused on researching and collating information on specific sustainability topics
Maintenance of team resources, e.g. SharePoint, FAQs, training materials and Ticket database
All other legally permissible tasks requested by the manager
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
Meet customer and sales demands to provide quality responses to bid requests and tenders.
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
First level university degree with recommended focus in business or finance.
Typically, 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
Other requirements:
Fluent Italian (both written and verbal)
Fluent English (both written and verbal)

Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation).

Basic understanding of local legal compliance issues.
