We're looking for a skilled and dynamic professional to join our Industrial Print Services organization as a Global Project Manager.

In this crucial role, you'll lead projects worldwide, focusing on implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, tools, knowledge management strategies, and business case initiatives.

We seek an individual with a proven track record in Change Management, Transition & Transformation, and a deep understanding of market standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee global projects for ITSM processes and tools, ensuring alignment with market standards and best practices.
• Drive knowledge management initiatives for continuous learning and enhance organizational capabilities.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of business case initiatives to boost efficiency, innovation, and overall business success.
• Provide expertise in Change Management, guiding teams through transitions and transformations, with a focus on minimizing resistance and maximizing adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting global standards, and exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Superior degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading complex projects in ITSM, Knowledge Management, Change Management, and business case initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of market standards and best practices in ITSM.
• Strong background in Change Management, Transition & Transformation, with a successful track record of driving positive organizational change.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills; ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Experience in developing and presenting business cases to executive leadership.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• PMP certified in Project Management.
• Proficiency in English with excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with leading ITSM tools (ServiceNOW, BMC Remedy, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Knowledge of IT systems (ERP, CRM, PPM, CSM), Agile certification, and ITIL Foundation.
• Basic technology acumen in AI/ML, AR/VR, Data Intelligence, and Cloud Computing.
• Certification in Agile methods.
• Certification in ITIL Foundation.
