In EMEA Services Supply Chain, we are determined to become a strategic enabler for HP to accomplish this ambitious objective.
This position is part of Service Supply Chain Operations EMEA team and a strategic position to enable HP’s transformational goal within the Supply Chain Organization. Our mission is to have “happy customers for life” and keep them loyal to HP enabling profitable revenue growth for both product and services.
Business scope spans across consumer and commercial segments; transactional and contractual businesses for the EMEA markets. We keep customers loyal to HP by :
- Providing the required spare part on-time in the right place for end-customers, on-site engineers, and channel partners.
- Repairing customer’s unit in one of our repair facilities with agreed time and highest quality.
Position Summary
We are looking for a talented Business Account Manager who will be the ultimate responsible for strategic global partner/supplier business performance and strategic relationship for the EMEA Operations.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
- Overall Partner Performance: Cost, Operations, Customer Experience and Quality.
- Build develop and growth relationship with the partner / supplier.
- Participate/Lead contracts negotiation, including service level agreement and cost.
- Partner Cost Management, negotiation and development of a competitive cost structure.
- Development and Implementation of risk mitigations plan to ensure HP Business continuity
- Lead/Drive/Contribute to business transformations.
- Partner Business Reviews.
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
- Engineering or Business-Related Advanced University Degree.
- Master's / MBA will be a plus.
- Typically, 6 to 10 years of experience
- Strategic Supplier / Partner Management Experience.
- Strong Project/Program Management Experience
- Global / Multicultural Experience will be a plus.
- Proficient in driving complex operations under a X-cultural and multi-layered organization
