Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Field Service Intern for Customer Support & Services Delivery Solutions

Join HP’s core team of developers responsible for amplifying the collective potential of our company's Customer Experience Solutions. We are the Customer Support & Services Delivery Solutions (CSSD-S) IT team responsible for delivering best-in-class technology solutions for the enablement of HP's world-class user experiences through front-end and channel solutions. The CSSD-S IT team is currently seeking Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Field Service developers who will drive the dispatch and field technician’s user experience improvement across the Customer Support landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Dynamics 365 and Field Service modules based on established patterns and best practices, working with development teams as well as directly with business end-users.
- Engage with Technical Leads and Solution Architects to ensure technical delivery aligns with solution design/project plans, showcasing technical expertise and knowledge of the technology.
- Continue to develop product and technology knowledge in order the deliver the best solutions for the business end-users.
- Liaise directly with business end-users.
- Management of solutions through the application lifecycle.
- Proactively partner and collaborate with the broader HP developer community to develop common reusable solutions.
Education and Experience Required:
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and Field Service modules - Essential
- Microsoft certified in Dynamics 365 and Field Service - Essential
- Mobile application development - Essential
- Enterprise integration expert – Essential
- Proficient in related technologies such as Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI – Essential
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a confident approach to business end-user interaction and stakeholder management.
- A methodical and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
- Pursuing at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science would be advantageous.
Bonus Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD concepts and practices
- Experience with REST APIs as an application-developer consumer and/or as a service-API designer or provider
- 2nd or 3rd Year of Bachelor's degree program completed.--typically a technical degree specialization.
- Must be enrolled full-time at an accredited university.
