Customer Welcome Centre (CWC) Manager

Description -

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Market MD and Sales Teams to support Market goals and drive customer traffic.
• Responsible for the customer experience and satisfaction in the Gurgaon CWC.
• Primary contact leading with Global Accounts, Partners and Strategic Events.
• This role will lead the team that delivers demos and briefings integrated by Experience Program, Demo Program and Operation coordinator.
• Responsible to manage the center Budget and report Metrics
• Team management: hiring, ARC, VIA and development plans for the team.
• 25% travel

Education and Experience Required:

• BA or BS in Business, Marketing or Communications; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in trade show and event management.
• 5 years of experience managing Briefing/Experience Centers.
• 10 years of experience in pre-sales or marketing.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Expert knowledge in trade show and event management.
• Excellent project and program management skills - on time, on budget, every time.
• Proven experience leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal.
• High levels of tact and diplomacy.
• Fine-tuned consultative skills.
• Agency and budget management.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom, including most senior company management.
