Customer Welcome Centre (CWC) Manager
Description -
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Market MD and Sales Teams to support Market goals and drive customer traffic.
- Responsible for the customer experience and satisfaction in the Gurgaon CWC.
- Primary contact leading with Global Accounts, Partners and Strategic Events.
- This role will lead the team that delivers demos and briefings integrated by Experience Program, Demo Program and Operation coordinator.
- Responsible to manage the center Budget and report Metrics
- Team management: hiring, ARC, VIA and development plans for the team.
- 25% travel
Education and Experience Required:
- BA or BS in Business, Marketing or Communications; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in trade show and event management.
- 5 years of experience managing Briefing/Experience Centers.
- 10 years of experience in pre-sales or marketing.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Expert knowledge in trade show and event management.
- Excellent project and program management skills - on time, on budget, every time.
- Proven experience leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal.
- High levels of tact and diplomacy.
- Fine-tuned consultative skills.
- Agency and budget management.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom, including most senior company management.
