Technical Program Manager

Description -

The Renew Solutions Program Manager will lead the Annual Device Contract program for the India market.

This role will require an understanding of the Personal Systems industries. You will have full programmatic oversight for the successful growth of this program.  This will include planning, financial management, sales enablement and education of this program to all internal and external customers to ensure that the program goals for this market are met. 

Through this leadership position, the individual will be expected to routinely exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Strategic Planning:

Creating a strategic plan to define the execution next steps of the refurb business with clear milestones and metrics.

Develop a comprehensive program plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Establish program goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

 

Overall Coordination & resource management:

Overall coordination of the refurb business activities working with multiple stake holders and teams within the business including sourcing, refurb and Quality control

Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support program objectives.

             

Performance monitoring & progress tracking:

Tracking the key performance metrics and monitoring progress of the activities.

Constantly reviewing the progress of the key activities and making changes and course corrections and resource allocation to ensure progress.

 

Risk Mitigation:

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that impact the refurb program and steps to be taken to ensure outcomes.

Monitor the progress of projects within the program and take proactive steps to address any emerging issues.

 

Financial Management:

Develop and manage the program budget, tracking expenses and ensuring financial goals are met.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and allocate resources efficiently.

 

Stakeholder Communication:

Working with the country and worldwide stakeholders to inform and align them on the progress of the overall objectives   of the refurb business and regular updates to leadership and communication with key stake holders on their actions.

 

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and documentation of decisions and actions taken.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the program.

Who you are?

·       Bachelor’s degree in business required

·       MBA or advanced degree preferred

·       High knowledge of Personal Systems Industry

·       Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, develop relationships across organizations and accomplish goals under pressure situations. Strong skills in exercising independent judgment.

·       Highly developed project/ program management and change management skills. Solid understanding of business planning methods and business acumen

·       Excellent presentation skills. Highly developed negotiation/ influencing skills.
