Commercial Account Manager, 3D Print, India
Description -
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates/Owns Channel lead account plans for strategic commercial accounts.
- Owns the Total Partner Experience and ensure Channel Quota achievement.
- Focuses on portfolio management and selling a range of HP 3D products and solutions.
- Establish C- Level Connects in Key accounts.
- Builds growth opportunities using the account planning process; actively manages planning process through scheduled reviews and updates.
- Responsible for achieving/managing quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly quotas.
- Enters opportunities in pipeline tools and updates them weekly. Recommends and Implements Pipeline management practices.
- Sell solutions that include hardware, software, and services.
- Focus on Geo Expansion and Coverage of Key Manufacturing Clusters.
- Collaborate with members of global business and application teams.
- Identify Channel training requirements and organize regular training.
- Responsible for the resolution of customer escalations in Channel lead accounts.
- Reviews and designs Channel sales policy and strategy.
- Travel to attend events and work with partners in the defined subregion.
Education and Experience Required:
- Engineering Graduate (compulsory) and with MBA desired.
- Should have good experience in the Manufacturing and Healthcare sector.
- Extensive vertical industry knowledge and advanced degree of selling skills.
- Typically 5-8 years of experience as referenced above.
- Account management and Chanel management experience is required.
- Experience in 3D print products and solutions (HP or competitor) is a must.
- Experience in selling shop floor equipment is desired.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Broad understanding of the manufacturing processes, customer's needs to configure the right solution.
- Ability to coordinate internal and external partners to deliver appropriate solution sales.
- Able to interface with senior levels internally at HP and external client and partner groups.
- Knows when and how to adjust business plans based on account and industry segment opportunities.
- Use consultative selling skills to proactively help customer's business decisions.
- Partner organization intelligence aligned with partner management skills.
- Conceptualizes and articulates well-targeted solutions in area of specialty - from proposal to contract sign off.
- Ability to understand the customer's business issues and translate to HP 3D print solutions.
- Ability to prioritize and drive strategic sales activity on a solution basis.
- Excels in competitive selling skills.
- Needs a good understanding of channel business and how to partner.
