As a key member of this team, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts, collaborating closely with primary stakeholders in sales and online marketing for the e-commerce market of India. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the success of our plans. You will be responsible for the India market and work alongside a globally distributed team in a wider global ecommerce in-house media buying function with colleagues in Europe, USA, and other parts of Asia.

This exciting job opportunity would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on approach to Paid Search – you will have the opportunity to plan, build and launch campaigns, whilst providing strategic recommendations to the business.

This is an individual contributor role and does not currently involve people management.  z

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, build and launch campaigns using Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Search Ads 360.
  • Actively manage keyword research, keyword management, and ad copywriting for search ads.
  • Be confident with Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Dynamic Search Ads and Inventory Management across engines.
  • Translate and evolve market briefs into search strategies aligned with business objectives and guidelines. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and media stakeholders to execute day-to-day Paid Search campaigns, driving best practices and ecommerce success for your dedicated business unit. 
  • Lead regional budgeting according to strategy and brief, considering new trends and changes for planning and forecasting. 
  • Ensure paid search campaigns across multiple markets meet program-specific coverage and ROI goals. 
  • Meeting planned deadlines and ensuring accurate budget pacing. 
  • Analyze campaign performance, identifying new trends and optimizations, and providing key insights to collaborators. 
  • Manage large budgets and effectively engage with different stakeholders worldwide, locally, and regionally. 
  • Spend up to 10% of your time developing new tests as part of a growth strategy. 
  • Stay up-to-date with paid search best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools, and industry research. 
  • Identify and implement task automation and optimizations for efficient outcomes, proposing new ways of working and designing new processes. 

Requirements: 

  • At least 4 years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns. 
  • Strong PPC account management background across multiple markets. 
  • Proficiency in Search reporting tools (SA360) and advanced Excel/data handling capabilities. 
  • Knowledge of both local and global search engine trends. 
  • Experience in a Paid Search role in a media agency or client-side. 
  • Self-directed with a passion for continuous learning and improvement. 
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones. 
  • Strong teamwork orientation, quick thinking, and adaptability. 

Desired Skills: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing (preferred). 
  • Google Shopping, Google Ads Certification. 
  • Knowledge of paid search engine advertising tools (Google/Bing/Yahoo) and bid management systems (Google Ads, SA360, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
