Manufacturing Technician
Description -
What a Manufacturing Technician does in HP:
- Provide tooling technical leadership in Advance Material Test Center (AMTC) operation line, developing process and tooling capability for better quality, throughput, and cycle time.
- Initiate and implement modification projects on equipment reliability.
- Ensure process and tooling uptime and availability meeting cost, quality, and schedule.
- Maintain product quality, tooling update and process yield.
- Response to prolong tooling issues (yield/quality) occurring in the production floor.
- Own curatorship for Maintenance documents.
Individuals who will do well in this role in HP, usually possess:
- Typically, an associate degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of experience.
- May include highly experienced individuals performing higher level or equivalent work who are non- degreed or degreed in an unrelated field.
- High level of flexibility
- Able to work in shift pattern depending on business needs.
- Working knowledge in the field of electromechanical technology and software.
- Effective leadership on planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Independent and self-driven.
- Possess strong teamwork and ability to collaborate at cross site/function team.
