Specifically, over the next two years, we will develop a diverse bench of leaders equipped to grow the business, modernize the way HP facilitates internal mobility and professional growth, and future-proof the organization’s skills to build the next generation of leaders.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Learning Enablement, part of the T&L organization. This is a passionate, inventive, and highly collaborative team. They serve as an integral partner with the business and develop leaders at all levels to take risks, innovate and lead with an equity lens. At HP, we believe leadership is about disposition rather than position.

Responsibilities

  • Working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and research, design, develop and deliver learning and development experiences for leaders at all levels that build essential leadership capabilities and a robust diverse talent pipeline.

  • Apply design thinking, agile and lean methodologies to identify and solve current and emerging leadership development opportunities across the enterprise.

  • Collaborate with People Services and Insights team and other partners to identify opportunities, core metrics, and effectiveness assessments for leadership and learning experiences.

  • Translate learning experience data into insights to continually iterate and improve learning experiences for leaders based on customer needs, shifting markets and emerging trends.

  • Effectively communicate value and business impact to various stakeholders throughout the organization.

  • Demonstrate curiosity and creativity, continuously scanning the market for trends, leading edge approaches, behavioral research, and potential partnerships to accelerate learning and growth within the organization.

  • Actively involve employees and key stakeholders to develop, curate, and facilitate learning experiences within the T&L portfolio.

  • Serve as a strategic learning consultant with the business.

  • Partner with communication teams to strategically drive communications that articulate the value of our learning portfolio to targeted groups.

  • Support HP’s dynamic culture as we continue to drive a cohesive and employee-centric view of culture transformation and reinforcement efforts.

  • Confidently traverse various elevations of strategy, vision and design while simultaneously managing details to ensure conversion of ideas into action.

Experience

  • 4 - 7+ years of work experience within people programs, people experience, people analytics, HR, education, consulting, or related field.

  • Designing, developing, and delivering differentiated and impactful leadership and learning experiences that build essential capabilities for targeted populations including top talent.

  • Confidence and experience leveraging Agile, Lean and Design Thinking methodologies to lead cross-functional collaboration for large complex people experiences, focusing on users, building alignment around vision, setting and implementing strategy, driving data analysis, and engaging stakeholders.

  • Customer-centered design utilizing customer insights, creative problem solving, lateral thinking, data insights, and measurable impact.

  • Building culture and organizational effectiveness.

  • Prioritizing needs and solutions across multiple teams.

  • Identifying gaps and improving processes and programs.

  • Working across diverse partners.
