Description -

Objective: Provide overarching project leadership and project execution to meet scope, schedule, cost and quality expectations

Job Description: 

Project and program manager role leading Supply Chain transformation initiatives.  This role will report into the Supply Chain Transformation and Resilience organization and will lead cross functional and cross regional teams to drive projects aimed at process efficiency, simplification, standardization and asset reduction.  Projects will cover any and all functions touched by Product Data Management including Planning, Costing, Order Management, Procurement, and Factory Operations. This role will also engage with Sales Operations, GBU Business Operations, and Regional Category and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Owns complex strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.
  • Leads large, cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.
  • Define project business case, including cost benefit analysis, with Sponsors
  • Manage project plan and timeline
  • Manage actions, issues, dependencies and risks
  • Manage scope and charter (including governance model and benefits)
  • Manage resource plan
  • Manage project team through completion of deliverables
  • Partner with the Business Solution Lead to drive documentation of business requirements/user stories
  • Manage Sponsor & Stakeholder expectations & communications
  • Ensure IT solutions meet business and program goals
  • Provide structure and guidance on project management best practices
  • Independently structures analytical approaches and develops project strategies by applying advanced, in- depth supply chain and industry knowledge
  • Interprets data to create new processes, strategies, and tools to be used for supply chain business objectives
  • Consults with business executives on a wide range of high-level supply chain issues, including risk management and new growth opportunities
  • Creates new frameworks for delivery and contributes to tools, templates, and intellectual capital.

  • Project management foundations, planning & requirements Advanced team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in supply chain process improvement
  • Leadership - Excellent skills in leading and working with people and teams.  Positive attitude a must.
  • Complex Communications - Demonstrated skills in communication, applicable to individual contributor up to VP level audience
  • Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English and local language.
  • Able to convey thought leadership into effective presentation materials
  • Business & Political Acumen.  Excellent business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications, technologies, and emerging industry trends.
  • Demonstrated skills in effectively building relationships with stakeholders and business leaders
  • Managing Change - Ability to drive and manage change in support of transformation
  • Analytical Skills  Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of and ability to manage complex analysis and modeling.
  • Process Innovation - Supply chain process, system, architecture and best practice knowledge
  • Driving cost reduction and process simplification

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $101,500.00 -- $156,3.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
