The HP supply chain is responsible for planning, sourcing, making, and delivering more than 2 PC’s and 1 Printer every second of every day to channel partners and end-user customers around the world. We help HP achieve more than $60B in revenue. We are searching for a Business Operations Analyst 4 in Mexico.

Scope & Impact of Work

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.

• Supports Supply Chain resiliency for Planning along with associated projects and processes.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams to maintain and enhance current business processes and solve issues.
• Supports a large / complex product set or global business unit.
• Independently executes job duties, identifies issues/impacts.
• Responsible for supply chain processes, such as demand supply matching and material allocation.
• Produces reports and analyzes data to develop trends for supply and demand planning activities.
• Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement.

Knowledge & Experience

• First level university degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function is preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver).
• Familiar with working on issues of a diverse complexity and scope
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough ability to simplify the complex, data visualization, and story communication.
• Strong communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.).
• SAP experience is an advantage.
