Business Analyst Compliance & Sales

Description -

Who we need:

We are looking for a data minded and customer-oriented Business Analyst to become part of our Sales Business Management System (Sales BMS) team. The role will be split amongst two areas of expertise, Compliance & Sales.

What does our team do?

We work close to our internal stakeholders. Our first stakeholder is Sales. We take care of reporting and requirement gathering from markets up-to executive level and are experts in ad hoc data needs from management. Compliance is our other stakeholder and area of expertise, where our tools are capturing incompliant behavior by using data in a risk-based approach and driving our external audits. The audits would be exercised by auditors.

Responsibilities:

  • Works under the lead of senior team members ensuring end-to-end data quality in our publications,
  • Has a close connection with our internal stakeholders, ensure the right communication and support their needs,
  • actively participates in discussions surrounding projects / solution requirements, timelines with stakeholders and project team,
  • works new requirements with the developers.
  • Focal point and trusted BI & Reporting advisor for stakeholders in specific subject area(s),
  • coordinates and participates in solution testing to guarantee high quality of BI solutions,
  • ensures a good deployment of new solutions by engagement.

Desired Skills, Experience & Competencies:

  • Ideally 3-5+ Years of experience in Business Intelligence or in relevant business areas with an analytical mind. Potentially experienced and looking for a career change into Analytics,
  • University degree or equivalent experience; Economics, Computer Science, Business Engineering, any Engineering degree, and/or Analytics and programming related courses,
  • Analytical, communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with and within remote global teams with minimal daily supervision,
  • customer centric thinking and ability to handle stakeholders; interact with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines,
  • business acumen- Sales and/or Compliance knowledge would be a plus,
  • mastery in English (written, verbal) is a must, any other language is a plus,
  • motivation and growth mindset!

Technical / Business Intelligence Know-How

  • Experience with BI visualization tools (Power BI, ThoughtSpot, etc.) and their implementation,
  • knowledge and/or interest to learn SQL/Snowflake/Data Bricks,
  • understanding of customer aesthetics of dashboards, reports & analysis (ie. look and feel),
  • interest and/or knowledge in Analysis of Data / interpretation results.
