HP Inc. is a founder of Silicon Valley and has been building the technology that enables innovators to transform the world since the first microchip.

We welcome our customers to buy directly from HP.com so we can partner with them to create, work, learn, or play.

But no matter how good our technology products are, they risk sitting idle.

We need you to join the growing Performance Marketing team for the US HP.com Store to help find the creators, the inventors, and the geniuses of tomorrow who will leverage HP technology to change the world.

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Shopping/Performance Max Campaign Manager to oversee all paid feed-based Shopping campaigns within the US HP.com e-commerce Paid Search team.

The Shopping Campaign Manager will be responsible for the strategy, implementation, analysis, and optimization of performance-focused media campaigns across primary and secondary search engines, including Google and Bing, as well as actively manage media campaigns via 3rd-party bidding platforms.

The ideal candidate brings years of hands-on experience with Shopping campaigns and will be both analytical and creative, always looking for new opportunities to test and optimize media campaigns to exceed business performance goals. This role will also partner with search engine account teams to ensure that HP stays at the forefront of industry best practices, betas, and trends.

Expected Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily management of seasonal and non-seasonal media campaigns across US HP.com’s e-commerce catalog of products
  • Launch PMax campaigns and target audience strategies as new products come to market and customer segments are introduced
  • Ensure ad creative and/or ad extensions support marketing calendar, seasonal promotions, the latest discounts or coupon offers
  • Define search engine auto-bidding strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance versus quarterly business goals and advise on Paid Search channel investment decisions
  • Run tests, analyze results, and clearly communicate learnings across the Paid Search team and greater US HP.com organization
  • Review weekly, monthly, and quarterly media campaign performance dashboards
  • Stay up-to-date with Shopping best practices, bid management platforms and industry research
  • Create a campaign project and testing roadmap that leads to actionable insights and pathways to core optimizations
  • Seek promotional and test opportunities through new media partners, ad formats, engine features, and technologies
  • Lead end-to-end Shopping campaign strategy, planning, and execution - adjusting ad hoc to KPIs and company priorities
  • Generate quarterly Shopping program forecasts, pace weekly to budget goals, and track year-on-year program growth

Education and Experience Sought:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search campaign management (Google and Bing); performance-focused campaign and PMax experience is a plus
  • Experience with 3rd-party campaign and bidding management platforms e.g. Google SA360, Marin Software, or Skai (formerly Kenshoo)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables and/or Power Pivot; Power Point, comfortable manipulating datasets from various platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field
  • Google Ads and Bing Ads certification is preferred

Other Knowledge and Skills Sought:

  • Creativity and curiosity around what can be tested to enhance campaign performance
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in fast-paced team environment is a must
  • Highly detail-oriented with proven project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to link interactive plans and activities to business results
