Services Delivery and Process Automation Program Manager

Description -

The North America PC Custom Services Delivery Process Automation Program Manager will lead cross functionally to simplify and automate process workflows in the AMS Workforce Delivery Services team. This leader will lead the management of our processes to meet existing customer service delivery needs as well as drive future capabilities and process improvements to meet cost goals. In this role you will be responsible to lead across sales operations, supply chain, customer support and service delivery teams to create end-to-end workflows for complex, custom service delivery contracts.

Responsibilities:
- Document current workflow processes including order management, technical deployment, warranty service delivery, supply chain, etc.

- Standardize workflow processes across the PC Custom Services Delivery Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers, where appropriate

- Identify efficiencies in both workflow processes and tools, reducing duplication and automating

- Consult with Deal Assurance managers, services sales and pursuit teams to identify new ways to architect custom service contracts and better meet customer requirements

Service Delivery Management and Project Management of Custom Services Deployment, IMACD (Install, Moves, Adds, Changes, De-install) projects and Custom Services and Renew Center (CSRC) projects

Education and Experience Required:

  • First Level University degree.
  • 7+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.
  • Six Sigma BlackBelt certification, or equivalent Business Process Management (BPM) experience
  • Desired: ITIL certification

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong analytical ability, comfortable with data and has ability to simplify and direct others for clear decision making

    Problem solving and critical thinking skills; Able to bring clarity and direction to complex issues

    Capabilities of managing and leading cross functional program in an ambiguous, high visibility environment.
