Engagement and Operations Manager

Description -

  • ENGAGEMENT & COMMUNICATIONS: In support of the Head of Print Marketing and on behalf of the Print Marketing SPO Office, this person will be developing the strategy for internal/external engagement and communication. In addition, this person will also execute internal/external engagement and communication according to the strategy, and in cooperation with other stakeholders. This engagement and communication will encompass all available channels, such as All Employee Meetings, roundtables, internal/external events, intranet page, podcasts, videos etc. Metrics for success is the level of impact, with the frequency of engagement and communication measured by employee and external customer/partner feedback.
  • OPERATIONS: The Print Marketing SPO office is responsible for developing and delivering operational excellence, enabling a more effective and efficient organization focused on delivering Print Marketing business and organizational priorities. This person will play a critical role in creating an operating model and process of management structure that links to strategic goals and delivers results. This person will identify and implement operational improvements to remove barriers and improve productivity.
  • PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: Lead cross-functional project teams, managing through ambiguity and conflict if needed. Project scope inclusive of strategic and transformational initiatives.

Education and Experience Required:

  • BA or BS in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
  • 5-7+ years of experience across several operations and/or marketing disciplines
  • Demonstrated leadership in program management at scale
  • Diplomacy and ability to influence without authority
