About Lead to Cash:

Are you ready to imagine the future and help us transform? Lead-to-Cash is a process re-engineering program tasked to dramatically simplify and streamline HP's processes from lead generation to cash collection; sponsored by HP’s ELT (Executive Leadership Team). Effective management of the Lead to Cash process will lead to increased efficiency, better customer experience, and increased revenue for the organization.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deployment Lead that will enable the implementation of recommended process changes across Lead-to-Cash value stream in various geographies of the world.

The Lead to Cash Deployment Lead will work closely with Lead-to-Cash Process Owners and functional MOCs as part of Lead to Cash Process Excellence organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the framework and methodology related to successful process redesign implementation.
  • Lead the implementation of process redesign initiatives across the organization/s under the guidance of the process workstream lead.
  • Develop and implement deployment project plans (from current state to future state), timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of process redesign initiatives & their deployment and the adoption KPIs/metrics.
  • Ensure that process redesign initiatives are deployed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Define the framework for training and support to staff to ensure the successful adoption of new to be processes.
  • Work closely with various functions across HP (incl IT)
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among various teams to drive project success. 
  • Move from transformation-to-transformation as process redesign activities yield future state recommendations.       

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Transformation, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in process redesign and implementation at a scale.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong and trusted working relationships with stakeholders at L2/L3 level of the organizations.
  • High degree of flexibility and ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment.
  • Strong MOC and project management skills; PROSCI certification is an advantage.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to determine appropriate action.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, passion, and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Fluency in English

Agile certification as Scrum Master or Product Owner is an advantage
