Professional who owns the definition and execution of the company’s product strategy in a specific domain across multiple lines of products, leading teams of product strategists and product managers to define clear short and long term roadmap, working closely with R&D using common practices and methodologies and manage the portfolio lifecycle in that area. Also responsible for building, leading, and advising sales teams to achieve business unit sales goals and setting the overall sales strategy for the units.

What will your job look like?

  • -Lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Retain (the Vindicia product), aligning it with the company's overall objectives and market demands.
    - Conduct comprehensive market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
    - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.
    - Drive the agile product development process and lead the product team, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
    - Foster a customer-centric mindset within the organization, gathering feedback, conducting user testing, and continuously iterating on our products to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
    - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, regularly reporting progress to executive stakeholders.
    - Stay up to date with the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the fintech industry, ensuring our products adhere to relevant standards and guidelines.
    - Manage and develop a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their professional growth and maximize their potential.

  • Salary Range - USD 190,000- 240,000
     

All you need is...


  • - Proven experience (6+ years) in product management or leadership roles within the fintech, payments and SaaS industry, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
    - Deep understanding of the fintech landscape, including payment processing, financial services, compliance, and data security.
    - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to drive innovation and competitive differentiation.
    - Data driven executive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans and solutions.
    - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common goals.
    - Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
    - Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team and drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
