Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Healthcare Strategy and Operations, the successful candidate will be supporting the day-to-day activities of the Affiliated Medical Clinic Team and its associated programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Account management and special project pipeline
  • Cross-functional project coordination ensuring project deliverables are met on-time and on-budget
  • Schedule and support update meetings for strategic projects including preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other key documents
  • Manage updates and additions to Salesforce
• Physician engagement activities
  • Schedule and support meetings with physicians, take minutes and summarize key information
  • Manage reporting and tracking documents inputting key details of each engagement
• Reporting and data management for Senior Management visibility
  • Support the monthly business reporting and financial updates to key stakeholders and the executive team
  • Tracking multiple sources of information and updating necessary databases and/or reports

Required Skills:

• Organized, detail oriented and solution focused
• Ability to learn quickly and comfortable with ambiguity
• Ability to pivot priorities and focus areas in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to develop reporting in an organized manner
• Advance PowerPoint skills with ability to create visually impactful presentations
• Partnership focused team player
• Salesforce and/or Tableau experience is considered an asset
