What you’ll do:

This role provides the selected candidate with an opportunity to work on one of Canada’s most loved retail brand. You’ll assist with the ideation and roll out of creative concepts for multiple channels including print, web and digital assets.

You will have a unique view and ability to contribute to the development of world class design and marketing strategies for Shoppers Drug Mart.

The person we’re looking for is:

• Passionate about creative, branding, graphic design and typography
• Familiar with design and production of print and digital pieces
• Able to work with design guidelines, brand books and other creative guidelines
• Happy to work closely and collaboratively with direct and cross-functional teams· Eager to jump in and help out with new projects and when tight deadlines arise
• Able to present design concepts, ideas and solutions to team leads
• Great at balancing their workload and prioritizing time
• Open to supporting with administrative tasks like server maintenance and testing new tools
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Comfortable with Microsoft Suite
• Excellent knowledge of digital design process and best practices
• Great at file preparation including font management and support file links
• Excellent with time management and organizational skills,
• Open-minded and able to positively respond to constructive feedback
• All about teamwork
