Why this role is important?

Coordinator, Digital Health Product and Strategy, 4 Month Co-Op (Summer 2024)

Term Length: 4 Months

Term Start: May 6th, 2024

Term End: August 23, 2024 

We are hiring a Coordinator to support various functions and programs being managed by the Digital Health Product & Strategy Team at Shoppers Drug Mart.

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Health Product & Strategy, the Coordinator will support the Digital Health product team to successfully deliver customer facing digital health content and engagement strategies for the PC Health app. You will gain experience and exposure to the creation, development and implementation lifecycle for new digital products and features, as well as the operational support required to manage these business processes. You will be joining an entrepreneurial and motivated team working to transform the digital healthcare experience in Canada!

What You'll Do:

  • Gain experiential education in the strategy and operations of digital health & wellness products
  • Use outstanding PowerPoint and written communication skills to build presentations and documents that captivate key stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively on the project management of new initiatives by coordinating with internal and external teams
  • Maintain and update enterprise content for the digital health and wellness platforms and perform user acceptance testing
  • Support with the interpretation of platform analytics and customer journey mapping using a variety of data input tools

 

What You'll Need:

  • Enrolled in post-secondary education, preferably with a healthcare and/or business background
  • Strong computer skills required in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Strong interest in partnerships, digital engagement and product development
  • Passionate about health & wellness
  • Highly organized, with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills (ability to analyze quantitative data sets strongly valued)
