We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Operations Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Toronto. You'll report directly to the Director of Industrial Engineering and be instrumental in crafting and refining reports that drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the go-to Power Platform & Copilot Studio expert, adept at converting complex business needs into intuitive dashboards.

Innovate and maintain solutions within PowerApps, PowerBI, and PowerAutomate (Flow), aligning with business objectives.

Scout and capitalize on automation prospects using Power Automate, orchestrating plans from conception to support alongside key stakeholders.

Collaborate with a cross-functional team, influencing the final deliverables with your analytical insights.

Perform comprehensive business case evaluations, bolster operational projects, and produce insightful reports.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of proven data analysis experience.

A university degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Strong business acumen paired with exceptional organizational skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Power Platform suite.

Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and manage project timelines with finesse.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and precise work.

Excellent communication skills for effective information exchange.
