The HRBL is a trusted advisor to the business leaders to build the organizational & individual capabilities and ensure effective decision making particularly related to the human capital assets of the business. Leads various HR processes and programs in Sales/ Commercial division in EMEA. Responsible for end-to-end HR domain, from driving the HR strategy and direction to processes implementation and ongoing employee related topics.

What will your job look like?

You will:

  • Establish Business Partnership: Partner with business leaders to provide consultation on HR related topics (such as: workforce planning, recruitment, cost competitiveness, performance management, talent & leadership management), playing an active role as a BU management member and reflecting the HR Implications of management decisions; Involved in the business growth aspects of the unit and lead the Hiring and On boarding Strategy; in case on inorganic growth play a contributing role in on boarding and rebadging activities.
  • Have end-to-end responsibility for the HR Strategy: Drive, develop and execute the overall HR Strategy to address business challenges and needs, based on deep understanding of a full business "picture"; Translate organization needs into HR Interventions to improve business performance and effectiveness, as well as to improve the overall employee experience and engagement; Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, proactively communicates needs with HR department and business management and seeks to provide integrated solutions.
  • Facilitate Organizational Changes: Anticipate and plan for the effects of organization change, identify risks and develop action plans to ensure the change succeed.
  • Have leadership Development: Ensure leadership continuity and development through succession planning and talent management processes. Provide on-going coaching, consultancy and feedback to the leadership team around performance development opportunities and other related strategic areas (e.g. employee relations).
  • Work on organization Climate and Employee Engagement: Promote an organization climate based on Amdocs Values and Code of Ethics, to deepen the implementation of these values and strengthen employees engagement;Lead HR analytics to promote the right decision making.
  • Be involved in Learning and Knowledge Development: In collaboration with Learning Services and OD, ensure a sustainable Learning Framework is established, to promote learning and knowledge development.
  • Overview Budget & HR Process Control: Set up governance and process to utilize budget (salary revision, bonus, recognition, promotions, performance management).
  • Work force planning and standardization: Manage the work force to include head count standardization work force planning and position management to assure effectiveness.
  • Provide project/program Management: Lead the implementation of key HR initiatives in line with HR strategy and (matrix) manage the project team;Prepare and manage project plans, scope documents and measurements;Track tasks and deliverables to completion, ensuring alignment with all Corporate initiatives;Assess potential risks and identify mitigates;Responsible for all program related communications activities as well as for cross Divisional communication channels;Accountable for delivery through project lifecycle, ensuring all programs and projects are in line with organizational needs.

All you need is...


5-10 years of experience in various HR Functions.
Working with Global Teams in a Multi Cultural Environment preferably in the high-tech industry
Experience of working with Senior executives and  in a Matrix Organization 
Sound knowledge of Recruitment to Release w.r.t. HR Processes
Knowledge about Regional / Local Labor Laws in  EMEA ( LATAM is good to have)
Owning end to end HR projects, programs and processes
Specific to the HR CoE Lead Job: Project & global program management experience
English language mandatory. Nice to have:– Russian, Spanish, Hebrew knowledge
