Responsible for providing outstanding technical support to a global customer base.

Keeps ownership for the resolution of complex technical problems, including debugging, simulations, locating bugs, tool and script development for problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and reproduction.

What will your job look like?

  • To provide rapid response and technical support to Amdocs customers by identifying, troubleshooting reported issues; restoring service; and providing solution to the issue..
  • To participate in an after-hours emergency pager rotation and execute customer maintenance windows to perform deployment or upgrade activities as required.
  • To collaborate with various functional departments (Product Management, R&D, and others) to ensure timely and accurate solutions are provided to customer.To  have  agility to work in parallel with multiple projects and products which TAC team is supporting.
  • You will need to manage Automations being delivered by the team. Define, Design and follow up on team members doing the automations.
  • Leads the bridge in P1/P2
  • You will need to manage accounts at technical level.
  • To contribute to the development and growth of the overall business by pursuing the implementation of process exception examples and/or improvement ideas

All you need is...

  • MUST have Skills
  • •            Experience with deployment, installation and administration of Cloud OpenStack and Cloud-native (Kubernetes) environments.
  • •            Hands on experience working with Containerized applications using Kubernetes ,Rancher ,VmWare ,Openshift
  • •            Hands-on LINUX skills , preferably scripting experience with languages such as python and configuration management tools like ansible, puppet ,chef
  • Nice to Have Skills

    •            Cloud certifications with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP would be definitely be an asset

  • •            Knowledge of relational Databases such as Postgres, VoltDB, MySQL, MariaDB, etc

    •            Knowledge of other key 5G applications such as UDR, PCF, NRF, SCP, NSSF is desirable

    •            English and Spanish skills is required, Portuguese skills is a plus.
