Netflix Games is looking for an experienced Creative Producer to help us grow our global games portfolio through UA (User Acquisition) and ASO (App Store Optimization) initiatives. This role is a part of the Games Optimization Marketing (GOM) team and will primarily focus on project management in the context of creative asset production. For that purpose, the Creative Producer will work closely with UA/ASO Managers, Marketing Artists, globally situated cross-functional partners and creative agencies with overarching responsibilities to manage internal and external creative production pipelines. This role will act across regions and have strong ties to teams in Helsinki, Finland, and the US.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall creative asset production within the GOM Creative Services team
- Set up short- and long-range creative planning, schedule projects and flexibly adjust as timelines shift throughout the year
- Review incoming requests/briefings and ensure clarity and completeness before delegation
- Delegate creative work to internal Marketing Artists or to suitable external creative agencies as needed
- Directly manage selected projects with creative agencies or facilitate good communication and workflows between our UA/ASO Managers, Marketing Artists and the agencies
- Drive conversations and find alignment and efficiencies with teams across the organization such as Product Discovery & Promotion, Launch Ops, Global Localization and more
- Support the asset localization process through Netflix Localization teams and creative agencies
- Identify new potential creative partners and help to establish synergies for creative production across the organization
- Continuously look for improvements in our processes, tools and communication to increase productivity
Requirements
- Vast experience in similar roles tied to creative production in the entertainment or mobile games industry along with a clear understanding of UA and ASO creatives for games
- Exceptional understanding of creative production processes and pipelines, common project management tooling, how to effectively collaborate across teams and when to involve relevant stakeholders
- Very strong communication skills to drive discussions clearly and effectively across teams and vendors
- Ability to work across multiple projects at any given time while retaining a clear overview of timelines and project requirements
- Strong experience in identifying project risks and how to best raise and address them
- A sense of ownership to proactively propose the best course of action while also taking other’s perspectives into account
- Interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams in remote locations
- Willingness and flexibility to work across different time zones between Helsinki, Finland, and the US
Bonus Skills
- A good technical understanding of source assets (i.e. art and game assets, 2D, 3D) to help organize and share an asset repository with external vendors
