We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Analyst to join the growing Global Analytics team within the Corporate Commercial department. Based out of the corporate office in Toronto, Ontario, the Digital Analyst will play a supporting role in the growth of the digital analytics practice at Four Seasons. The individual will have an opportunity to work with business units across Four Seasons, using digital, guest and distribution data to find improvement opportunities, as well as supporting with the implementation of analytics tracking across Four Seasons digital properties. 

The individual must possess excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, be a great communicator, highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and working effectively with internal and external team members in a matrix organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Digital Analytics Reporting and Analysis

  • Analyze consumer, marketing and web behavioral data and present learnings including actionable insight and recommendations.
  • Assist Analytics Managers on product digital deep dives, in solving business questions and developing processes.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase return on investment.
  • Creation and maintenance of dashboards and training of end users


  • Assist in set up of web analytics tracking, including the development of tracking requirements, QA and platform updates.
  • Assist in adding marketing pixels onto Four Seasons owned websites via a tag management solution.

What You Bring:

  • Undergraduate Degree with focus in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, or Computer Science preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of analytical experience in the areas of digital, business, marketing & customer intelligence, segmentation, and market research. Previous experience in Hospitality and/or with Javascript an asset.
  • Minimum 2-year experience in web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)
  • Experience with tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch or Tealium (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of omnichannel digital analytics technologies and a high aptitude for working with data visualization technologies (dashboards) and data schema(s)
  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum 1-year experience with BI Reporting Platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio, etc.)
  • Data visualization / storytelling – able to turn data into impactful storytelling and tailoring it to specific audiences.
  • Experience querying relational databases using T-SQL is an asset.
  • Experience with JavaScript an asset
  • Knowledge of hotels marketing and sales systems (Opera, Delphi) is an asset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues, external consultants, and agencies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
