Job Description:

Reporting to the Retention and Customer Manager, the Customer Management Executive provides customer management support to the local Disney+ team.
The Customer Management Executive will take care of content performance and customer insights.
This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:

  • Content performance and customer management insights: analysis of content and customer management metrics on a weekly basis
  • Support the local lead for customer management activities: onboarding, prevention/retention and win-back including automated journeys
  • Customer management support on planning, creation and execution of consumer campaigns using Customer Management tools such as: Airtable, Jira, Missminutes and Claravine.
  • Performance check and test&learn to develop recommendations at a customer and campaign level
  • Support the customer management team in conceiving and creating loyalty and rewarding activities (including events) that drive positive customer behaviours
  • Content Merchandise Analysis: with the local customer management lead, inform merchandise decisions by analysing platform navigation and catalogue efficiency
  • Main point of reference, working with the creative, department to develop creatives for all Disney+ Growth Team across: customer management, branding digital and performance marketing
  • Understanding of local market, competitors and CRM trends

The Experience & Skills We Require From You:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in both Italian and English languages
  • Analytical skills in understanding customer behaviours and set actions
  • Experience running one-to-one campaigns from start to finish, reacting and optimising during campaigns
  • Retention expertise from a subscription business
  • Experience delivering multiple campaigns across multi-channels
  • Experience with Customer Management tools is a plus
  • Use of the Salesforce suite for campaign set-up, delivery and monitoring
  • Experience working in a fast-paced trading environment
  • KPI-focused & extremely comfortable with data in self-serve environments
  • Results-focused with campaign experience in test and learn at a customer and campaign level
  • Awareness of local trends and preferences
  • Affinity family contents are preferable.
