We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

Are you a designer interested in creating meaningful people-driven digital experiences with a relentless focus on impact at scale and evangelizing the value of design? Are you fascinated by human behavior and curious about how organizational culture, context and technology connect? Then we’d love to hear from you!

This role on the Go To Market UX team with Salesforce Business Technology supports internal Salesforce businesses, such as Revenue and Sales, in navigating and embracing change and designing a path toward a stronger digital future using human-centered design. As a Senior Designer, you’ll collaborate with other UX designers, user researchers, UX engineers, and cross-functional teammates in Product, Engineering, and Architecture to solve some of Salesforce's biggest internal business and customer-facing challenges through cutting-edge, insight-based prototypes and designs. You'll be involved in all aspects of project, from user research and prototyping to product definition and pitching to business executives along the way. Our engagements combine elements of strategic advisory, visioning, user research, ideation, storytelling, value proposition creation, workshop facilitation, rapid prototyping, end-user concept testing, and detailed UX design delivery.

We seek a candidate with strong service and strategic design skills, capable of delivering outstanding user-centered work on projects. The ideal candidate will also inspire and educate others on the value of design, from exploring new technologies to articulating key design principles and synthesizing trends.
