Professional Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years of professional experience in intelligence operations and analysis, with a strong preference for counterintelligence analysis and/or investigations
  • Deep knowledge of sophisticated threat actor profiles and their respective tactics, techniques, and procedures, and applied knowledge of malicious internal threat actor indicators, such as those associated with espionage.
  • Experience working closely with various security functions including insider threat, cyber threat intelligence, geopolitical, or risk intelligence teams on both tactical and critical initiatives.
  • Applied knowledge of the intelligence lifecycle and corresponding investigative processes, demonstrating both technical and non-technical indicators from various data sources
  • Strong proficiency in open-source intelligence tools and threat intelligence tooling, and willingness to learn new security tools.
  • Proficiency in conducting employee interviews while maintaining a sense of trust and integrity during sensitive situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills at both the peer and executive level
  • Experience working with governance, risk and compliance entities to drive risk mitigation efforts is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of global legal and privacy regulations is strongly preferred.
  • A related degree and technical certifications are strongly preferred.

You feel encouraged and empowered to make both tactical and strategic decisions and are confident in your skills.  You encourage and motivate those around you, and despite rapid changes or ambiguous direction, you are dedicated to continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge & Growth: You are skilled in a number of intelligence and investigative areas and can demonstrate your experience to produce positive outcomes.
