Department Description
Service Cloud is a cloud-based customer service application built on the Salesforce platform. Service Cloud enables businesses to improve customer service efficiency across channels both by creating a single view of a customer's activity and by the use of tools for field service, web chat, CTI and social customer service.
Service Cloud enables customer service agents to work faster and more productively across customer service channels like such as phone, email, web chat, and social media. This helps make customer service frictionless and helps businesses improve their customer satisfaction scores and reduces costs.

Role Description:

We are currently recruiting a high-energy, driven Account Executive with confirmed experience in Service Cloud solution sales with a value-driven sales approach. You will be responsible for a customer portfolio of a mixture of prospects (focus) and existing customers, the focus of this role is to widen our footprint in the UAE and KSA therefore the focus is on closing new logos and develop them further over time.

Ideal candidates should possess strong B2B Service Cloud sales and account management experience and a proven record selling into the Middle East market.. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about digital transformation (the 4th industrial revolution) and who want to play an integral part in it.

You will work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with customers on the Salesforce Service Cloud to evangelise solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisations. You will contribute to our business growth in a collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.

Your Qualifications

Proven track record of selling software or technology at C-level into accounts between 0-2000 employees.

You will have 5+ years of quota carrying Service Cloud sales and account management in the Middle East region
