Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who will sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
  • Work from strategy development to solution implementation using your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies such as S4HANA or Cloud.
  • Partner with a cross-functional global team to ensure customer success in an agile environment.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP HCME
  • Extensive experience in SAP HCM OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll, ESS and MSS, Reporting, and E-Recruitment
  • Knowledgeable in Payroll sub-module, specifically in US Payroll, Canada Payroll, or UK Payroll
  • Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift), in any IBM locations in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub), and in the client-site (Taguig)


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Good communication skills is always a plus
  • Certification in any SAP module is an advantage
